Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Coverage:
Skin Euphoria currently delivers exclusively within Switzerland.

Carriers & Delivery Times:
All packages are sent via Swiss Post with PostPac Economy. Delivery is estimated within two working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are indicative and subject to stock and production availability.

Shipping Rates:
- Packages up to 2 kg: CHF 8.50
- Packages up to 10 kg: CHF 11.50

Inspection & Damage Claims:
All orders, whether delivered to the customer's location or picked up in our retail shops, must be checked immediately for accuracy, completeness, and integrity upon receipt. If there are any errors or damage (visible or invisible), the customer shall notify Skin Euphoria immediately after discovery, but no later than 7 calendar days after delivery at info@skin-euphoria.com. For Skin Euphoria to process your damage claim, the order packaging must be retained and the product(s) must remain unused.
